Fincons Group is an IT business consulting company seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of experience in ITSM and CMDB modules to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ServiceNow scripting, knowledge of ITIL processes, and proficiency in Italian and English.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Glide APIs, and Flow Designer
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and practical experience implementing them in ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required
- Proficient in Italian and English, both written and spoken
