ServiceNow Developer

Concentrix is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. They will have direct, hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow Health and Safety or workplace safety Module and strong knowledge of ITIL, CMDB and ITOM, HRSD and ITAM frameworks and processes.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and reusable components on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript (client/server-side), Glide Script, HTML, CSS for Service Portal development.
• Direct, hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow Health and Safety or workplace safety Module.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, CMDB and ITOM, HRSD and ITAM frameworks and processes.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with various IT systems and tools using MID Server, web services, APIs, etc.
• Experience in core platform mechanics including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, ACL, Flow Designer, UI builder (Configurable workspace), Playbook, decision tables ules and Advanced Workflows, JavaScript (client/server-side), Glide Script, Mobile App Builder (MAB)
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) - Must, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Must
