ServiceNow Developer for Agentic AI

This role is for a ServiceNow Developer specializing in Agentic AI to create intelligent workflows and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will focus on leveraging ServiceNow's AI Agent Studio, AI Orchestrator, and advanced AI technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG. They will collaborate with product and business teams to deliver scalable, innovative, and secure enterprise solutions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on software development and ServiceNow development experience with a focus on AI integration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Virtual Agent within ServiceNow.
• 3–5 years of experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, and vector databases.
• Proven experience with AI/ML models applied to predictive analytics and risk-based decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of Workflow Data Fabric and Raptor DB (required).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex enterprise systems.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules (preferred).
