Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on software development and ServiceNow development experience with a focus on AI integration.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Virtual Agent within ServiceNow.
- 3–5 years of experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, and vector databases.
- Proven experience with AI/ML models applied to predictive analytics and risk-based decision-making.
- Solid understanding of Workflow Data Fabric and Raptor DB.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex enterprise systems.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules (preferred).
