We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Developer to support our team with workflow enhancements, automation development, and production migration activities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Solid understanding of ITSM/IT workflows and automation frameworks.
- Experience with ServiceNow or Nuvolo (strong plus).
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required or in progress.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Glide API, and REST integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
