ServiceNow Developer (m/f)

This ServiceNow Developer role focuses on developing, customizing, and maintaining applications within the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities include creating and managing workflows, scripting, API integration, data management, and collaboration with various teams. The position requires a combination of technical skills and business understanding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Practical experience in ServiceNow or similar platforms is a plus
• Knowledge of JavaScript, including client and server scripting in ServiceNow
• Experience in developing and customizing modules such as Incident, Request, Change and Service Catalog
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Studio, Application Builder, Flow Designer and other development tools
• Familiarity with data management, API integration and web services (REST, SOAP)
• Experience with databases in the ServiceNow context
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts and IT service management
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Knowledge of the data model (CSDM)
