ServiceNow Developer (Ref: 277)

We are looking for a ServiceNow developer for the ITOM module to support a bank in Luxembourg City. The role involves configuring ServiceNow ITOM, managing databases (DB2, Oracle), and ensuring data normalization and reconciliation, as well as collaborating with a team and internal stakeholders. The company is working with a hybrid work model.

Requirements

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on ITOM modules.
• ServiceNow certifications required.
• Hands-on experience implementing Discovery for heterogeneous environments.
• Strong understanding of CMDB architecture and data model.
• Familiarity with the technologies in scope: DB2, Oracle, Cisco Catalyst, Tomcat, WebSphere, Intune, OpenShift.
• Experience working in Agile environments and facilitating technical workshops.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
