Requirements
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms.
- Build and update workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support adoption initiatives.
- Lead the onboarding of new departments into enterprise platforms.
