Requirements

• Computer Science Diploma or Degree; or related work experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification or training
• ServiceNow Advanced System Administrator certified or training
• ServiceNow Scripting certification or training
• In-depth knowledge of a single large or multiple small applications.
• Experience in systems design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
• Good communication and time management skills.
