ServiceNow Developer/Tech Lead with IRM role involves directing development and implementation of intricate business processes, analyzing business requirements, and leading project teams. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of NowPlatform architecture, experience in product customizations, and advanced certification in ServiceNow CAD or CIS.
Requirements
- Outstanding knowledge of NowPlatform architecture with minimum 4+ years of experience
- Experience in product customizations, integrations, implementation or maintenance
- Experience in project activities as a ServiceNow Technical Lead in Integrated Risk Management (GRC)
- At least 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
- Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification for IRM
- Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)
- Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM and GRC
