Sopra Steria is seeking a ServiceNow Developer Technical Lead with 6-8 years of experience in working on the ServiceNow Platform, with expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting, and integration.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with a proven record of accomplishment in working on ServiceNow Platform
- Experience in ServiceNow Development from medium to complex needs
- Ability to understand customer requirements and work on requests
- Experience with implementation of modules related to CSM and ITSM
- Experience with instance upgrades and patches for multiple customers
- Experience in scripting languages: JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience in integration using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub
- Experience with relational databases
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients and stakeholders
- Working understanding of Agile Team
- Preferred working experience on MSP based instance
