ServiceNow Developer (TS/SCI)

Intact Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (TS/SCI) with a commitment to customer success and a passion for security. This role involves designing, building, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions for government environments, collaborating with stakeholders, and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate will have extensive ServiceNow expertise and a solid understanding of ITSM processes.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Mastery of the ITSM suite (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB)
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
• Strong grasp of SDLC processes in secure or regulated environments
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD, etc.)
• Experience developing and implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology
• Optional prior experience working on cleared or classified networks
