ServiceNow Developer (Workflows)

We are looking for a ServiceNow Workflow Developer to design, build, and optimize automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer and related tools. The role involves configuration, customization, and integration of applications, ensuring efficient and automated processes. This position is for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in workflow automation.

Requirements

• Design and implement end-to-end workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, UI Builder, and related ServiceNow tools.
• Develop and configure flows, sub-flows, spokes, playbooks, and other workflow components.
• Integrate workflows with internal and external systems using APIs (REST) and other integration methods.
• Customize and extend ServiceNow applications, modules, and functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Create and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Maintain clear documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio is a plus.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is required.
