ServiceNow Developer (Workflows)

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and optimize automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer and related tools. The role involves configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, integrating with internal and external systems, and ensuring efficient automation processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative and experienced in workflow automation with a strong background in ServiceNow development.

Requirements

• Design and implement end-to-end workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, UI Builder, and related ServiceNow tools.
• Develop and configure flows, sub-flows, spokes, playbooks, and other workflow components.
• Integrate workflows with internal and external systems using APIs (REST) and other integration methods.
• Customize and extend ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
• Maintain clear documentation for processes, configurations, and workflow solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
