ServiceNow Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Development Lead with minimum 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in ServiceNow development, a strong leadership ability to guide a team effectively, and the capability to engage directly with business analysts and stakeholders to apprehend business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and XML with hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting.
• Proficient in configuring various ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, IT Business Management, and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).
• Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery and Orchestration, to gain comprehensive visibility into our IT environment.
• Configure MID Servers and integrate them with variety of network devices, servers, and applications for automated asset discovery.
• Exposure to Virtual Agent and Agent Workspace.
• Experience on Workflows, Flow Designer, SLAs, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Actions, UI Policy, Events, Notifications, View, Reports, Dashboards, Transform Maps, Service Portals, and other administrative functions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Skilled in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Experienced in complex ServiceNow environments with integrations like LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, and Service Graph Connector.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset and Configuration Management.
• Strong critical planning capabilities, including developing comprehensive project plans with obtainable goals, establishing clear timelines, and coordinating across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Develops systems integrations and process automation, which fully utilizes the platform workflow capabilities.
