Your responsibilities will include leading the administration, maintenance, and innovation of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring top-tier platform performance and security, and providing essential Level 2 user support and managing change seamlessly.
Requirements
- Proficient in ServiceNow software development, particularly in UI Builder, Flow Designer, and JavaScript
- Demonstrated experience in administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform, including Virtual Agent, Custom Apps, and Service Portal
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and SPM modules
- Adept at implementing customization techniques like form and workflow configuration, UI policies, and business rules
- Familiar with developing and maintaining API integrations with systems such as MarkLogic
- Solid grasp of ITIL processes and best practices
- Knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, and Microsoft Azure
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills and an analytical mindset
- Understanding of network concepts, GDPR, and information security standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and end-users effectively
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail and documentation
- Self-motivated to remain current with ServiceNow's latest features and best practices
- Holding a Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential; additional certifications are advantageous
