Join our dynamic Operations & Support team as a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer and play a key role in enhancing software development, managing releases, and driving change. Your responsibilities will include leading the administration, maintenance, and innovation of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring top-tier platform performance and security, and providing essential Level 2 user support and managing change seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Proficient in ServiceNow software development, particularly in UI Builder, Flow Designer, and JavaScript
  • Demonstrated experience in administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform, including Virtual Agent, Custom Apps, and Service Portal
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and SPM modules
  • Adept at implementing customization techniques like form and workflow configuration, UI policies, and business rules
  • Familiar with developing and maintaining API integrations with systems such as MarkLogic
  • Solid grasp of ITIL processes and best practices
  • Knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, and Microsoft Azure
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills and an analytical mindset
  • Understanding of network concepts, GDPR, and information security standards
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and end-users effectively
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail and documentation
  • Self-motivated to remain current with ServiceNow's latest features and best practices
  • Holding a Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential; additional certifications are advantageous
