Astrica is seeking a ServiceNow Engagement Lead/Project Manager to orchestrate the successful delivery of large digital transformation projects with clients. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing complex interdependencies, and ensuring seamless integration between ServiceNow workstreams. The ideal candidate will be a client-focused executive with expertise in ServiceNow and Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project management experience leading large, multi-workstream projects.
- 12+ years of related client-facing consulting experience with ServiceNow implementations.
- Proven experience managing parallel Workstreams (Employee Flows, IT Flows, Asset Management, and Operations Management).
- Confidence in delivering complex ServiceNow implementations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and strong team player.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- Ability to lead discovery and translate client objectives.
