As a ServiceNow Software Engineer at Takeda, you will design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) and Finance Operations Management (FOM). You will deliver new functionality, support the development lifecycle, and help address product-related incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant work experience
- 3+ years of developing ServiceNow solutions with a solid foundation in CSM and Finance modules
- Strong understanding of CSM & Finance processes and how they can be automated and improved using ServiceNow CSM and FOM modules
- Hands-on experience in JavaScript (ES12 refactoring a plus)
- Experience configuring ServiceNow CSM and Finance modules including service portals, case management workflows, service catalogs, and knowledge bases, analytics
- Familiarity with Integrating CSM with other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP.)
- Solid communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions
