Takeda is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, focusing on HR Service Delivery and related modules. The successful candidate will work on efficient, user-centric solutions that enhance HR processes at Takeda.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Information technology
- 3+ years of developing ServiceNow solutions, with a solid foundation in HR Service Delivery
- Solid understanding of HR processes and how they can be optimized using ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and related modules
- Hands-on experience in JavaScript (ES12 refactoring a plus)
- Experience configuring ServiceNow HR Service Delivery features (Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events)
- Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow HR with other HR systems
- Solid communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions
