ServiceNow Engineer

Dropbox is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to design, build, and maintain its enterprise service management platform. The role focuses on IT Service Management, incident management, request management, and ensuring smooth delivery of core processes like change management, asset management, and request fulfillment. The ideal candidate will develop configurations, customizations, and integrations to support critical business needs while collaborating with various teams.

Requirements

• Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow workflows, service catalogs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, reports, data imports, integrations, and automation.
• Review and analyze configuration effectiveness, develop strategies for improvements, and serve as a Tier 2 support.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to automate Agentic workflows and integrate AI agent orchestrators.
• Develop standards and best practices, maintain and support ServiceNow environments, manage ServiceNow instance clones, and identify system deficiencies.
