ServiceNow Engineer

Windward Consulting is seeking a senior-level ServiceNow Engineer to join their team in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience implementing ServiceNow, ITSM Operations, and HRSD, and will be able to execute upon the ServiceNow project delivery model while managing customer expectations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a key technical resource for large scale ServiceNow developed solutions in client environments
• Ability to meet the expectations and requirements of the internal customers and senior management
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Client depends on this resource being very responsive
• Resource should be able to work the hours needed for the project
• Ability to provide technical leadership and professional guidance to managers, team, and vendors
