Northwave is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to maintain and improve the ServiceNow platform. This role involves identifying and implementing operational improvements, automating workflows, and contributing to the platform's architecture. The engineer will also collaborate with internal teams and the ServiceNow vendor to enhance security and efficiency. The position is a hybrid role.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Engineer
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with workflow automation, scripting, and API integrations
- Knowledge of CSM and ITSM processes
- Experience with e-bonding and integrations in enterprise environments
- Current resident of The Netherlands
