NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to join their Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, and Chennai teams. The role involves maintaining and supporting core financial services operations, developing platform enhancements, collaborating with application teams, and adhering to best practices. The position requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform ecosystem.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementations
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD)
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and scoped applications
- Hands-on experience with configuration management (CMDB)
- Hands-on experience with Workflows and Flow Designer
- REST/SOAP integrations
- Incident, Problem, Change modules
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, scoped applications, and update set management
- Experience with ServiceNow App Engine, Integration Hub, or Store Apps
- Exposure to Agile development, JIRA, and CI/CD practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem
