ServiceNow Engineer

ServiceNow Software Engineer position at Takeda's Innovation Capability Center in Bengaluru, India. Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, focusing on HR Service Delivery and related modules. Collaborate with Agile Teams to refine user stories and deliver product enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Information technology; or relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of developing ServiceNow solutions, with a solid foundation in HR Service Delivery.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and how they can be optimized using ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and related modules.
• Hands-on experience in JavaScript (ES12 refactoring a plus).
• Experience configuring ServiceNow HR Service Delivery features (Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events).
• Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow HR with other HR systems.
• Solid communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions.
