Qualitest Group is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to play a pivotal role in their IT strategy for business processes, systems, applications, information, and data. This role involves technical design, implementation, troubleshooting, and ensuring alignment with best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements. The engineer will be a technical expert for ServiceNow and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5yrs + experience on the ServiceNow platform, configuration, development, integration
- Excellent Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, HAM, SAM, CMDB, GRC
- Serve as a technical expert for ServiceNow design and support issues
- Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills
