ServiceNow Engineer IV

We invite you to join our digital transformation journey as a ServiceNow Software Engineer at Takeda's Innovation Capability Center in Bangalore. You will design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to streamline Takeda's Customer Service Management and Finance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information technology; or relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of developing ServiceNow solutions, with a solid foundation in CSM and Finance modules
• Strong understanding of CSM & Finance processes and how they can be automated and improved using ServiceNow CSM and FOM modules.
• Hands-on experience in JavaScript (ES12 refactoring a plus).
• Experience configuring ServiceNow CSM and Finance modules including service portals, case management workflows, service catalogs and knowledge bases, analytics.
• Familiarity with Integrating CSM with other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
• Solid communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions.
