As a ServiceNow Engineering and QA Lead, you will be responsible for managing and directing the development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions, leading teams of engineers, developers, and administrators to ensure the platform meets business needs and integrates effectively with other systems.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and display quality-oriented, sceptical thinking in high-pressure situations
- Experience with quality assurance processes and tools, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Expertise in software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field
- 15+ years of total experience with at least 10 years in ServiceNow development and 5 years in leading development teams
