We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer with a passion for automation and digital transformation to join our core engineering team in our expanding Miami office. The position will involve building out our next-generation ServiceNow architecture and automating critical business processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years in software engineering or IT operations with a strong focus on automation and process improvement.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow automation, including workflow design, script development, and platform customization.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and associated automation tools and deployment pipelines.
  • Familiarity with modern software development practices and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
