ServiceNow / ENT Tools Lead

GovCIO is seeking a ServiceNow / ENT Tools Lead to lead the design, configuration, and administration of mission-critical IT service management systems. This hybrid remote role supports strategic digital transformation initiatives and ensures operational excellence in ServiceNow and related enterprise platforms. The position will focus on system administration, integration, security, and compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT support with a focus on ServiceNow administration and configuration.
• 5+ years of experience supporting or integrating enterprise tools.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
