ServiceNow / ENT Tools Lead

GovCIO is seeking a ServiceNow / ENT Tools Lead to manage the design, configuration, and administration of mission-critical IT service management systems. The role involves supporting strategic digital transformation initiatives and ensuring operational excellence in ServiceNow. This position requires a background in IT support and ServiceNow administration, as well as strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise IT support with a focus on ServiceNow administration and configuration.
• 5+ years of experience supporting or integrating enterprise tools (e.g., monitoring, endpoint management, automation platforms).
• US citizenship required to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.
