We are seeking a ServiceNow Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ITIL Service Management processes, Change and Release Management, and end-to-end CSM / ITSM function implementation. They will work closely with the ServiceNow technical team to implement processes using an Agile approach.
Requirements
- Standardize/Optimize ITIL Service Management processes and functions for a large customer environment
- Experience in Delivery and consulting for Change and Release Management Process
- ITIL Intermediate or Expert certified is preferred
