Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Functional Consultant to lead a critical integration initiative involving ServiceNow and multiple third-party systems. The consultant will work closely with the client’s business and IT teams to capture functional requirements, translate them into detailed technical designs, and oversee implementation.
Requirements
- 6–10 years in ServiceNow or enterprise ITSM tools
- Strong functional understanding of ServiceNow and IntegrationHub capabilities
- Proven experience in designing and delivering integrations with 3rd-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience working with Contract Systems, Procurement tools, and Asset Inventory platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing experience
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
