ServiceNow Functional Consultant and Technical Consultant

Deloitte is seeking a ServiceNow Functional Consultant and Technical Consultant to join their team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of activities, including running project kick-off meetings, conducting design workshops, and writing test scripts. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience working in a client-facing role with technical and functional stakeholders. A minimum of 3 years of configuration/development or functional experience is required, as well as certifications in ServiceNow product accreditations and certifications.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
• At least 3 years of configuration/development or functional experience for complex, highly capable, technologies - inclusive of ServiceNow
• Organized and analytical. Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop workshop presentations and process documentation (advanced Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word skills)
• Experience working in a client facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders with strong relationship management skills and a passion for client satisfaction and delivery excellence
