ServiceNow HAM/SAM Business Analyst / Scrum Master

Kentro is seeking a Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support the implementation of ServiceNow’s HAM and SAM modules. This role involves requirements gathering, backlog refinement, testing, and Agile delivery for a federal client, working closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, management, information systems, engineering or related field (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
• 8+ Years of combined experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master with ServiceNow
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM and/or SAM modules
• Familiarity with asset lifecycle processes, license models, and IT asset governance
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow Agile)
• Excellent facilitation, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience working in federal or compliance-driven environments strongly preferred
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
