Our client is an award-winning federal integrator assisting various federal agencies in transforming their HR Services. They are seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst to support clients throughout the project lifecycle, including working with clients and project teams to gather requirements, design and configure system solutions, perform testing, and provide ongoing support.
Requirements
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow HRSD platform in alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Lead client sessions to gather and document requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Design and implement scalable HRSD solutions, including development of user stories, process flows, and system architecture documentation.
- Perform system testing, validation, and deployment activities to ensure quality and successful delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, provide end-user support, and recommend improvements based on analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all phases of implementation, including Agile ceremonies and change management activities.
- Deliver training, maintain project documentation, and foster strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent support.
