The ServiceNow HRSD Process and Technology Analyst supports Lear's HR Global Business Services (HR GBS) organization through the design and delivery of HR technology solutions in ServiceNow. This role will support the internal change management process for continual improvement of HR processes and technology advancements.
Requirements
- Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA), HRSD
- 2+ years in an HR generalist or HR functional role
- 2+ years in HR role specifically related to process / technology management
- Systems orientation (ServiceNow, SuccessFactors)
- Experience in HR process review and improvement
- Experience implementing and configuring areas of ServiceNow
- Excellent written and verbal communication across groups and stakeholders
- Ability to effectively partner with a 3rd party managed service provider both on shore and offshore
- Ability to analyze processes and support plans for improvement
- Committed to continuous improvement, attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills
