Responsible for development and integration of IT or IT-enabled services and solutions for external clients. Serves as a technical expert on development, and implementation requirements to address business needs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow
- 3 years' experience in consulting external customers
- Thorough knowledge of CMDB concepts and databases
- Excellent scripting skills in JavaScript
- Experience with Agile Methodologies, tools
- Understanding of CSDM model
