Designs technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform as an architect with the Service Management team at Logicalis. Works directly with customers to validate processes, gather requirements, and design solutions.
Requirements
- 4 years' experience implementing and developing in ServiceNow
- Expert knowledge in ServiceNow concepts such as Java scripting, HTML, AJAX, CSS, configuring ServiceNow connections with LDAP, SSO, SAML, integrations using Integration Hub, REST web services, data imports, and Service Portal
- Proficient in IT Asset Management area
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications
- One or more of the following certifications: ITIL Foundation, Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management, Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management, Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management
