ServiceNow Integration Technical Lead

The role focuses on providing technical guidance to scrum teams, developing governance documents, and implementing new integration solutions. It requires collaboration with strategic leaders and a strong understanding of integration technologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience with ServiceNow-specific tools
• Strong command of integration technologies (REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC)
• Proficiency in authentication methods (Basic, OAuth, SAML, Multi-Factor Authentication)
• Experience with integration architectures (point-to-point, event-based)
• Familiarity with data frameworks (JSON/XML) and middleware platforms (Mulesoft, Kafka)
• CSA or CAD certifications
