The Senior ServiceNow Developer will contribute to design, development, and configuration efforts on the ServiceNow platform, working closely with the Solution Architect and Business Analyst during requirement gathering and solution validation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development and configuration experience.
- Expertise in at least two modules among ITSM, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM) & Agentic AI
- Demonstrated experience in configuring and managing domain separation and multi-tenant environments in ServiceNow.
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript) for Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Solid understanding of ACLs, data models, platform architecture, and security best practices.
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
