The ideal candidate will have advanced ServiceNow expertise, strong consulting skills, and excellent organizational skills.
Requirements
- Mandatory ServiceNow Certifications CSA, ITSM & ITAM
- 3+ years of ServiceNow process consulting
- Expert in ServiceNow solution design
- 3+ years in gap analysis and requirements gathering
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Experience in organizational change management
