ServiceNow ITAM / SAM Lead

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITAM / SAM Lead to work with us in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and 7+ years of overall experience with 3-5 years of SAM experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ Years of overall experience.
• Min 3 - 5 years SAM Experience.
• Certification in IT Asset Management (e.g., Certified Software Asset Manager - CSAM) or ITIL v3/v4 Foundation preferred.
• Extensive experience in IT asset management, including hands-on experience with the ServiceNow ITAM module and AMDB(Asset Mgmt Database)/ CMDB.
• Proven track record of leading successful ITAM projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
