ServiceNow ITOM Health Engineer

Windward Consulting is seeking a high-caliber ServiceNow ITOM Health Engineer to provide CMDB and Service Mapping modeling and advisory services to clients. The role involves using ServiceNow to model infrastructure, assess processes, define solutions, and assist clients in cloud deployment and implementation. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and possesses a strong background in IT Service Management processes and ServiceNow.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping
• Expertise in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• Deep expertise in cloud deployment and standardizations and implementation with large enterprises
• Deep experience modeling network, storage and compute infrastructure
• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL® and CMDB processes and solutions
• 3+ years of experience documenting tool requirements from To-Be processes and assisting the IT organization in comparing various Vendor’s tool products
• Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow JavaScript and glide queries
