ServiceNow ITOM Health Engineer

Windward Consulting is seeking a high-caliber, multidimensional ServiceNow ITOM Health Engineer to provide CMDB and Service Mapping modeling and advisory for clients. The role involves client interaction, model creation, solution definition, and implementation, focusing on network, storage, and infrastructure assessment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management and ServiceNow knowledge.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping
• Expertise in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• Deep expertise in cloud deployment and standardization
• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL® and CMDB processes
• 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience
• 3+ years of experience documenting tool requirements
• Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow JavaScript and glide queries
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
