Paralucent is a boutique technology project delivery and staffing company seeking an experienced ServiceNow Configurator to assist their client in the consulting services sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, particularly in the configuration and implementation of BCM and ITSM modules.

Requirements

  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow BCM and ITSM modules to meet the organization's business continuity, disaster recovery, and IT service management requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations related to BCM and ITSM within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure the BCM and ITSM modules are aligned with the organization's policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow BCM and ITSM functionalities.
