We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst to join our team in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering business requirements, process mapping, and training end users. Requirements
- 1+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, or similar role, working with customers, documenting and gathering requirements, and developing test scripts and training material for technology deployments
- 1+ years ITSM experience
- 1+ years HRSD experience
- 1+ years Integration experience (with ITSM)
