ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow Business Analyst with experience gathering business requirements, process mapping, and training end users to join our Business Process practice. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with our Business Process Consultants during client workshops and throughout ServiceNow Implementations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, or similar role, working with customers, documenting and gathering requirements, and developing test scripts and training material for technology deployments
• 1+ years ITSM experience
• 1+ years HRSD experience
• 1+ years Integration experience (with ITSM)
