Windward Consulting is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Consultant with extensive IT Service Management (ITSM) experience to join their team. This role involves integrating ServiceNow into client environments and supporting their process delivery model. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to lead technical discussions, solve problems, and deliver value to clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a key technical resource for large scale projects and/or implementations centered around ServiceNow ITSM
  • Multiple Dev Ops Change Velocity Deployments
  • Must have experience using latest releases
  • ServiceNow developed solutions in client environments
  • Ability to meet the expectations and requirements of internal customers and senior management
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Resource should be able to work the hours needed for the project
  • ServiceNow Maturity 1 Certification required
  • ServiceNow Dev Ops Change Velocity Micro Certification required
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification required
