Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience
- 2 - 3 years of ITSM and integration experience
- Implementation experience on Discovery & Service Mapping
- Discovery or Service Mapping certification
- Good to have - Event Management exposure, Service graph connectors
- Testing software, fixing bugs, and escalating problems
