ServiceNow ITSM Pro Technical Consultant

Windward Consulting is seeking a high-caliber ServiceNow ITSM Pro Technical Consultant to deliver advanced ServiceNow solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow ITSM Pro Plus implementation, business process analysis, and technical consulting.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS–ITSM), ITSM Professional Suite Certification
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and customization, Agile delivery methodologies and sprint-based development, Business process analysis and stakeholder engagement, Designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows and dashboards
• Strong understanding of Workflow Data Fabric, Microsoft Teams integration, Self-service enablement and Virtual Agent design, Predictive Intelligence model training and tuning
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish and maintain credibility as a ServiceNow expert
